If you're not completely satisfied please send an email to  support@vietnamecoproducts.com within 14 days of purchase. Please provide us with your order number and photos of the product you're dissatisfied with.

Once received your email, a supporter of our team will provide you with the return, replacement or refund instructions.

• No Returns on Sale items.
• Shipping fees: Please note customers are responsible for all return shipping charges except for faulty items, or products damaged in transit. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.

1. Email support@vietnamecoproducts.com with the reason for return, please provide photos of the products you want to return and your order #.
2. Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions and return delivery address. Please don't return your order without our approval. 
3. You will then need to package and return your package to the address provided, and provide our supporter with the tracking number.
4. Your order will be refunded once your return is received at our warehouse, and tracking updated to 'Delivered'.

*Item/s must be returned in their original packaging for a refund. If returned in unsatisfactory packaging we may provide a store credit.
