Shipping & Delivery
I. SHIPPING COST & SHIPPING TIME
1. Shipping cost:
When you perform Add to Card, shipping will be calculated during checkout and appear in the Shipping process.
2. Shipping time:
- We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse will prepare your order in 1-3 business days. Then it will be packed and dispatched. You will receive a notification email with the tracking number once the package is on its way to your address!
- We provide two shipping options. The shipping methods and delivery times per region are represented by the following:
United States:
- Standard shipping: 7-14 working days.
- Express shipping: 4-7 working days.
Europe:
- Standard shipping: 7-14 working days.
- Express shipping: We will update the express shipping for the EU region soon.
Other countries (Canada, New Zealand,...):
- Standard shipping: 10-16 working days.
- Express shipping: We will soon update the express shipping for the regions outside the US and EU.
Please note that these delivery times may take longer if you place your order during the busier periods such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, or the pandemic situation in our factory area. We will update this in our announcement (top line of our website).
II. ADDITIONAL INTERNATIONAL FEES
The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges, duties, and taxes as a result of importing, this depends on your region. We highly recommend that you consult your country’s tax and duties requirements before purchase. Customers are responsible for paying International Customs Charge, when applicable, which is not included with purchase.
III. TRACKING NUMBER?
- Vietnam Eco products uses 4 different carriers to make sure your items arrive on time:
- DHL
- FedEx
- United Parcel Service (UPS)
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- When the order is shipped out, a tracking number will be sent to your email and you can check its processes.
